Mississippi DWFP and the City of Biloxi to Host Youth Fishing Rodeo
The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks (MDWFP) and the City of Biloxi are hosting a youth fishing rodeo at the Hiller Park Recreation Area on Saturday, October 26. The fishing rodeo is open to youth ages 15 and under. Registration begins at 8 a.m. Hiller Park is located on Hiller Drive off of Pass Road in Biloxi.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own fishing gear, catfish bait, and stringers.
MDWFP fishing rodeos offer quality fishing experiences for young anglers in a controlled and safe environment. The rodeo pond at Hiller Park is well stocked with catfish to make it easier for participants to catch fish. This rodeo is a great way for a family to spend quality time together.
