Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT), the leader in precisely measuring movies and TV everywhere, today announced its measurement agreement with Outdoor Channel which has been expanded to include Rentrak’s Advanced Demographics currency for automotive and retail shopping.

As the first cable network to subscribe to Rentrak for its ratings currency, Outdoor Channel has utilized Rentrak’s industry-leading TV measurement service to gain insight on audience viewing patterns for over four years now. With the new agreement, Outdoor Channel will take advantage of Rentrak’s Automotive and MasterCard ratings.

Rentrak’s television ratings service is the only fully-integrated system of detailed satellite, telco and cable TV viewing information from more than 25 million TVs nationwide including granular information for TV stations in all 210 markets projected to the US population.
