Trout Unlimited to Host Sipsey Fall Fly Fishing Fest

For those planning on visiting the Fall Fly Fishing Festival at Riverside Fly Shop on Alabama’s Sipsey Fork southwest of Cullman this Saturday, here’s the activity schedule:

11AM-11:45AM “Striper-On-Fly Workshop”-Ted Calvert

1PM-1:45PM “Trout Fishing Arrives in Dixie”-Don Kirk

1:45PM-2:30PM “Unconventional Fly Fishing Techniques”-Bob Shanks

2:30PM-3PM Awards/ Drawings for Prizes

The event is a fund-raiser hosted by Trout Unlimited to raise money for stocking mature trout into the Sipsey, Alabama’s only trout fishery.
