HydroWave Continues Support of Collegiate Anglers and the Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series

The Association of Collegiate Anglers has announced that HydroWave will continue their support of the 2014 Cabela’s Collegiate BassFishing Series. As a 2014 series sponsor, HydroWave will enjoy extensive promotion with collegiate anglers throughout the nation at major events and with the associated television series. Students competing in the series will have the opportunity to use the product first hand this year thanks to an all new purchase program designed for collegiate anglers.
The HydroWave is a patented electronic sound device that emits the natural sounds of bait fish and predatory fish feeding on them. Together the sounds produce an instinctive response in nearby predatory fish such as largemouth bass that can hear the sounds and feel the vibrations of the sound waves in the water. By doing so, the fish are drawn in the direction of the device eager to strike any bait it finds. When used on a boat, this device is intended to give fishermen a considerable advantage in catching a greater number of “keeper” fish.

HydroWave will be awarding prize units to students at each of the nationally televised ACA events, including the Cabela’s Collegiate Big Bass Bash, the Collegiate Bass Fishing Open, and the BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship.
