Our keynote speaker, Rick Dickson, is the co-founder of Outdoor Channel based out of Temecula, CA. As the Chief Operating Officer and Legal Council for the channel Rick served in a very pivotal role during the television network’s formative years during the late 1990’s. As Outdoor Channel’s Legal Council he also was responsible for incorporating Outdoor Channel Holdings as an Alaska corporation. The Gold Prospector’s Association still has around 3,000 acres of land in Nome which continues to serve as their primary prospecting field in the State of Alaska. His story of becoming a Christ-Follower later in life brings hope to many sportsmen who may not yet have received his abundant grace and forgiveness!
