Last Day to Buy 2013 Arizona Licenses Online is Dec. 15

2013 licenses will still be available for purchase at license dealers and at Game and Fish offices through Dec. 31, 2013

Customers who wish to buy a 2013 Arizona hunting or fishing license to hunt or fish for the remainder of the 2013 calendar year are advised that the online purchase option for those licenses will be available only through Dec. 15, 2013. Online purchases of 2013 licenses will not be available from Dec. 16 through Dec. 31 in order for the Arizona Game and Fish Department to prepare the online system for the new 2014 hunting and fishing licenses that will become available for purchase on Jan. 1, 2014.

Starting Dec. 16 (and running through Dec. 31), those wishing to purchase a 2013 license will have to do so at a license dealer or at an Arizona Game and Fish Department office. The 2013 licenses are valid through the end of this year (Dec. 31, 2013). The 2013 Class A (General Fishing) and Class U (Urban Fishing) licenses are currently on sale for half price.

A new license structure and fees will take effect on Jan. 1, 2014. Licenses under the new structure will be available for purchase online on or before Jan. 1, 2014, and at license dealers beginning Jan. 1, 2014. Any updates to this information will be posted at www.azgfd.gov.
