3point5 is designed to increase a sales associate’s brand and product knowledge, in order that they become more confident when discussing Benelli, Franchi and Stoeger shotguns with their customers—and it only takes matter of minutes. By simply going to the website and signing up for a member ID and password, sales associates can begin completing specific, brand-related training modules. This will prepare them to pass specific “Edu-Games,” after which, they will be eligible for special discounts for Benelli, Franchi and Stoeger products.
