Outdoor Life Article Names Acme’s Little Cleo One of Six “MUST HAVE” Lures

In the February 2014 issue of Outdoor Life writer Ralph Smith listed the Little Cleo as one of only six lures a person needs to have in their tackle box in order to catch nearly anything that swims.
The article sited that the lure is extremely versatile and can be fished in small 1/8-ounce sizes for trout or magnum 1 ¼ ounce versions for monster stripers.
Kurt Kellogg, the owner of Hard and Soft Fishing, Acme’s parent company, said that he was flattered that the Cleo was included in the feature.
“There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of lures on the market,” he said. “The author in the Outdoor Life article recognized that the Little Cleo is just one of six in the world that are needed to catch anything just proves how versatile the lure is. It catches anything from panfish to salmon.”
While there a hundreds of spoons on the market, the difference in ACME spoons is in their quality fit and finish. Each one has a jewel-like finish that last for years and a unique action that simply catches fish.
