2014 Garmin Grand Giveaway for College Anglers

Garmin is excited to announce their 2014 Garmin Grand Giveaway. This year Garmin has opened the giveaway to all collegiate anglers who will participate in the Collegiate Bass Fishing Series: Collegiate Bass Fishing Open, Cabela’s Big Bass Bash, and the BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship.

If the winner of a specified Garmin-sponsored fishing tournament wins the tournament fishing from a boat equipped with mounted Garmin marine electronics, Garmin will award that winner the Garmin Grand Giveaway of $1,000. The Garmin Grand Giveaway can be found on the www.CollegiateBassChampionship.com under the “Discount and Incentives” page.

Back in November, the Association of Collegiate Anglers (ACA) along with the Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series, announced the continuation of Garmin’s support with the series. Garmin has been sponsoring the series and events since it’s inception.

“Garmin has been proud to support the Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series and the collegiate anglers who compete because they’re the future of the sport,” said Ted Gartner, Garmin’s Director of Corporate Communications. “Garmin marine electronics offer anglers leading-edge features that are not only easy to use, but give them an advantage to help find fish while on the water.”
