Outdoor Tactical Enterprises, brand distributors of the finest in tactical and outdoor gear, is proud to announce that the T8 Extreme boot is rapidly becoming one of Garmont’s most popular styles.
Available in desert tan or coyote, the T8 Extreme is the extreme cold weather version of the original T8 Tactical Boot—it just doesn’t look or feel like it. Garmont has added 200 grams of Thinsulate, but stitched it in such a pattern that the boot remains streamlined without bulk. These are not the sort of boots that wear like mukluks! “Until you get these on your feet,” advises one retired Army Master Sergeant in an e-mail, “you won’t believe they’re cold weather boots. I wore them fishing in Alaska back before Christmas tho [sic] and they’re [sic] awesome.”
The T8 Extreme’s build provides ventilation and breathability without sacrificing warmth and insulation. It features a Vibram Grivola sole for traction and shock absorption under heavy loads.
The lacing face utilizes Z.O.R. (Zero Optical Refraction) hardware below roller bearing hookless rigging-proof hardware in addition to other superior features:
Upper: 1,6mm Suede Leather + 250gr Nylon Mesh + Polyester Webbing
Hardware: Metallic eyelets, closed hooks and ball bearing at the instep
8mm Flat Polyester Lace
Reinforcement/Lining: Mesh 320 gr/Texon/Canvas/200 gr Thinsulate® 3M
Outsole/Midsole: Vibram® Grivola Rubber outsole/PP insole/PU breathable foot-bed
