Swanson Russell received a total of 43 awards – including Best of Show and a Judges Citation – at the Nebraska ADDY Awards Show & Banquet held Saturday, Feb. 8 in Omaha.
A comedic integrated brand campaign for Runza, a popular restaurant chain in the Midwest, won Swanson Russell the Best of Show award. The agency also garnered a Judges Citation for Humminbird photography. Humminbird is a leading innovator and manufacturer of fishfinders and other products for anglers.
According to Brian Boesche, partner and chief creative officer at Swanson Russell, it has been one of the agency’s better years at the ADDY Awards Show.
“We are very pleased to have so many of our clients’ campaigns recognized for their creativity, highlighted by a Best of Show,” Boesche said. “We enjoy great partnership with our clients and it shows in the work we are able to produce.”
In addition to these top awards, Swanson Russell took home 17 gold and 24 silver ADDY Awards on behalf of Blue Blood Brewery, FMC, Hodgdon, Humminbird, Leupold, LinPepCo, Minn Kota, Nosler, Omaha Public Relations Society of America, Omaha Hilton, Propane Education and Research Council (PERC), Pro Lift, Runza, ScentBlocker, and ScubaPro.
The Nebraska ADDY Awards are sponsored by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and aim to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising.
