Smith & Wesson Title Sponsor of 2014 Costa Rican IDPA National Championship

Rodrigo Carvajal, match director for the 2014 Costa Rican IDPA National Championship announced that Smith & Wesson will be the title sponsor of this year’s match.
The 2014 Smith & Wesson Costa Rican IDPA National Championship takes place April 10-12 in San Jose, Costa Rica, and will be hosted by IDPA Costa Rica at Rancho Arizona. The championship is expected to draw top shooters from Costa Rica, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Austria and the United States.
“The Costa Rican National Championship continues to grow in popularity among shooters from throughout the region and that is thanks to the strong support we receive from our sponsors. We are very proud to be working with our title sponsor, Smith & Wesson, to bring IDPA members the best Costa Rican Nationals ever,” said Carvajal.
This year’s championship will feature 12 stages, shot in a one-day format, and a round count of approximately 165 rounds. Safety Officers and staff will compete on Thursday, April 10. Online registration will close March 11, 2014.
