BOWTECH Archery Names Scott Henrikson Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

BOWTECH Archery proudly announced Scott Henrikson as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Henrikson brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer products and will oversee all aspects of both sales and marketing directly from the company’s Eugene, Ore. corporate offices.
In his new position, Henrikson will oversee all product lines for BOWTECH including its Diamond, Stryker and Octane brands while also holding those same responsibilities for Excalibur Crossbow, which BOWTECH purchased in early 2014.
Henrikson comes to BOWTECH with an outstanding track record in sales and marketing for consumer brands. He most recently was with Jarden Corporation where he held several leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the company’s Coleman division. Henrikson’s extensive resume also includes leadership positions with Newell Corporation, Corning and General Mills.

With Coleman, Henrikson executed an extremely successful sales and marketing strategy that led to significant brand growth in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. While serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Jarden’s appliance division, Henrikson oversaw development of the Tilia FoodSaver and GameSaver products, which also experienced rapid and impressive retail success.

Henrikson, a graduate of the University of Oregon, lives in Eugene with his wife Lynn. The couple has two children, Samantha, 23, and Matthew, 20. Henrikson’s highly competitive spirit is not limited to business as evidenced by his accomplishments as both an ultra-marathon runner and Ironman triathlete.
