Walther Sponsors 2014 IDPA U.S. National Championship

The International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) announced that noted firearms maker Walther Arms will be a major sponsor of the upcoming IDPA U.S. National Championship.
“Thanks to the generous support of major sponsor Walther Arms the 2014 U.S. Nationals is poised to be one of the best showcases of defensive shooting that IDPA has ever held,” said Robert Ray, membership and marketing director for IDPA.
Walther joins ACADEMI, Blade-Tech, Brownells, Comp-Tac, CZ-USA, GLOCK, Harris Publications, the National Shooting Sports Foundation, Ruger, Smith & Wesson and Wilson Combat as a gold level sponsor of the championship which takes place September 9 thru 13 at the U.S. Shooting Academy in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The match is expected to draw over 300 of the sport’s top shooters.
