A good knife is an essential tool, whether it’s in the field, on the job or around the home, and it does not have to be a big, heavy one to get the job done right. The two new Camouflage Sideliners from Bear & Son Cutlery have all the right features.
These linerlocks have a 2-7/8” taper-ground blade with a quick-opening thumb hole. The Model 9112 has a clean modified clip-point and the 9112G has an efficient guthook for field dressing. Blades are made of durable 440 high carbon stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and holds a keen edge.
Handles are high-quality T6 aircraft aluminum with slip-resistant camouflage coating. A metal pocket clip provides quick, easy access. Closed, these new Bear hunting knives are 4-3/8” and open to 7-3/4” locked. They weigh just 3.3 ounces. The 9112 has an MSRP of $70; the 9112G, $85.
