W.R. Case & Sons Adds New Offerings to Buffalo Horn, Leather, and Lightweight Hunter Knife Collections

For the upcoming hunting season, W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company, a leading manufacturer of high quality American fixed-blade knives, are introducing a new 23-5 fixed blade pattern into their Buffalo Horn, Leather and Lightweight Hunter collections.

  • Buffalo Horn Hunter 17912 (BH65-5 SS) with 5” Sabre Concave Ground Clip blade, genuine Buffalo Horn handle with brass, red and black fiber spacers and aluminum guard and end cap (MSRP $117).
  • Leather Hunter 384 (323-5 SS) features a 5” mirror-polished, Sabre Concave Ground Swept Skinner blade and polished leather handle, with leather sheath (MSRP XX).
  • Lightweight Hunter 592 (LT265-5 SS) with 5” Sabre Concave Ground Clip blade, lightweight easy-gripping waterproof Santoprene® handle and ballistic nylon sheath with Case logo (MSRP XX).

In addition to their fixed blade line, Case also has new Ridgeback, full-length folding hunters and mid-folding hunters. All knives pictured below in order. Please let me know if you’re interested in sharing with your readers or field testing any samples.

Today, Case Hunters are still fashioned with the rugged wilderness of the Allegheny Mountains in mind. Each knife is hand-crafted to be both pleasing to the eye and perfect for survival and field dressing, making them a favorite among sportsmen and collectors alike.
