This Week, Chef Albert Wutsch Visits Gateway Outdoors Radio

This week on Gateway Outdoors Radio provides a complete how to on caring of venison from the field to the table.

Charlie Burchfield’s special guest is Chef Albert Wutsch is the Culinary Chair at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Academy of Culinary Arts headquartered in Punxsutawney, PA.

Chef Wutsch is an expert on game cookery, and regularly demonstrates cooking and butchering at major outdoor sporting shows, including the National Pheasant Fest in Des Moines, Iowa, the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show, and the Great American Outdoor Show held at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, PA.

Wild game, and especially venison, if cared for and cooked properly can provide both basic and gourmet meals. Listen in and learn from a master chef.
