The 44,000-acre property of Honey Brake Lodge near Jonesville, Louisiana accommodates amazing populations of waterfowl that have benefitted all along the Mississippi Flyway from the activities of Ducks Unlimited.  DUTV co-host Zack Pederson and HB manager Drew Keeth enjoy an epic morning there before the cameras move to restored coastal wetland with DU past Presidents John Newman, Gene Henry and Don Rollins.

The Louisiana coast harbors up to 9 million ducks per season despite losing about 50 acres of coastal marsh per day. DU CEO Dale Hall briefs us on the Mississippi Alluvial Valley in Insights; Mike Stewart spotlights the establishment of puppy routines in Duck Dog; and Sporting Chef Scott Leysath shows us the right way to grill a duck breast.
