Pursuit Channel, America’s most widely distributed hunting, fishing, shooting television network, has recently signed distribution agreements with Bryant Broadcasting Inc. of Lebanon, TN and Farmers Telephone Cooperative of Kingstree, SC.
The agreement with Bryant adds Pursuit Channel HD and SD to 678,641 homes in the greater Nashville, TN area through distributions with Charter, Comcast, DISH Network and AT&TUVERSE. The coverage area is the 29th largest DMA in North America.
“This may be the exact center some of the very best hunting and fishing east of the Mississippi,” said Rusty Faulk, Founder and CEO of Pursuit Channel. “Outdoor Life magazine consistently ranks Nashville at the top its most desirable places to live. Now that Pursuit Channel is there enjoying a saturating new presence, we are happy to announce that the area just became a bit more attractive for sportsmen.”
Pursuit Channel has also expanded its distribution footprint across 3,000 square miles of rural South Carolina through an agreement with Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (FTC) based in Kingstree. A veteran of the telephone industry, FTC has evolved into a state-of-the-art organization, offering phone, digital TV, Internet, security and wireless. Customers can choose from a wide array of products and services at any of the company’s eight full-service business offices.
“This is an area of South Carolina where hunting and fishing are endemic,” said Faulk. “Pursuit Channel is well received by these providers who know that our network will be greatly appreciated by their customers. These major additions in distribution across solid markets for outdoor enthusiasts are exciting for our producers and our advertisers.”
