Outtech Adds Leah Edmiston and Steve Williams to the Team

Established in 1989, Outtech Inc. is one of the outdoor industry’s leaders in sales and marketing and maintains a portfolio of brand leaders across the categories they represent. Outtech already has a strong group of over 75 industry specialists spread across three divisions andcontinues to add new members to the team.
Outtech is proud to welcome Leah Edmiston as the newest member of the Academy Sports + Outdoors team.Working as a Retail Analyst and EComm Specialist in conjunction with the Academy Managing Directors, Leah will be focusing her efforts completely on the needs of the Outtech vendor partners at Academy.
Leah brings with her over ten years of experience at Academy, having held positions of Price Execution Analyst, eCommerce Site Merchant, Advertising and Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.Through these roles Leah has acquired knowledge of Academy systems and procedures and built relationships with Academy personnel. Leah shares the Outtech team’s passion for hunting and the outdoors. She holds an Associates Degree from Houston Community College.
Rejoining the Outtech team as the newest member of the Outdoor Division is Steve Williams. As a Regional Manager, he will be responsible for accounts in western New York and Pennsylvania. Steve brings with him over 15 years of sales experience, including two years as a salesmen with Outtech in the early 2000’s. Steve is an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He holds a Bachelors degree in Recreation and Park Management from WVU.
