Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor television for American sportsmen and women, continues to shine with top-ranked performing shows in the month of August based on recent Live Plus 7 Nielsen ratings information. The network’s prime-time stalwart on Tuesdays in August – Realtree’s Monster Bucks – played a major role in helping the network garner monthly ratings successes. Overall, the Realtree Hunting Camp-branded lineup helped propel Sportsman to the top-ranked spot in year-over-year growth in households during August.
Realtree’s Monster Bucks, also featured in Sportsman’s successful “Bownanza” stunt (Sept. 16-19), leads off the Tuesday night lineup of whitetail and bowhunting and features Realtree legends Bill Jordan and David Blanton. Realtree Hunting Camp night also includes: Major League Bowhunter, Rival Wild, Whitetail Properties, Savage Outdoors and Brad Farris’ Game Plan.
Among all networks in Tuesday primetime, Sportsman’s lineup delivered top rankings and Q3-to-date year-over-year growth in the following:*
- HH: No. 2 (up +137% vs. 2013)
- M25-54: No. 2 (up +239% vs. 2013)
- M18-49: No. 3 (up +195% vs. 2013)
Among all networks in Tuesday primetime during the month of August, Sportsman’s lineup delivered top rankings and year-over-year growth in the following:*
- HH: No. 1 (up +237% vs. 2013)
- M25-54: No. 2 (up +228% vs. 2013)
- M18-49: No. 2 (up +214% vs. 2013)
