Williamson 6-1/2-inch Straight Fillet Knife

With a straight, no-flex blade, Williamson’s Straight Fillet Knife is the ideal all-around fillet knife for fish of all sizes. Crafted with a world-renowned razor-sharp edge, it’s now available in a 6 1/2-inch version as well as the original 8-inch model.

Williamson 6-1/2-inch Slim Fillet Knife

Also incredibly sharp, the Williamson Slim Fillet Knife is characterized by a slim, medium-flex blade and is a can’t-miss option for making precision cuts, executing fine detail work, and cutting in tight areas. It’s now available in a 6-1/2-inch version as well as an 8-inch model.
