Lipsey’s, one of the nation’s leading firearms distributors, hosted their grand opening celebration August 28th 2014, located at 7277 Exchequer Drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Lipsey’s launched its grand opening event with a traditional ribbon cutting which included guests such as Executive Vice President of the National Rifle Association Wayne LaPierre, and East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor/President Melvin “Kip” Holden. CEO’s and executives from some of the industry’s most notable firearms makers were also in attendance along with a variety of other business leaders and friends of the organization. Lipsey’s continued the event with a Louisiana style luncheon and jazz band accompaniment. Following the luncheon there were tours of the new facility and of LSU, Tiger Stadium and other local sites. Capping off the evening was a private party featuring the Rockin’ Dopsies. You can visit Lipsey’s Facebook post which includes pictures here.

This facility allows us to be a more technologically advanced, cohesive team that can move more efficiently to meet changing demands.”
