The answer is Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States! A little-known fact about Lincoln is that he is enshrined in the Wrestling Hall of Fame. While he might not have made a very good WWE wrestler, his long limbs and training as a young man made his an accomplished wrestler. He also did not shy away from “smack talk” in the ring. According to Carl Sandburg’s biography of Lincoln, The Great Emancipator once challenged onlookers after defeating an opponent with: “I’m the big buck of this lick. If any of you want to try it, come on and whet your horns.” There were no takers.
