This is a recipe that I grew up eating. Thanks to my dad, the hunter in the family; I’ve never gone a day without having at least a few packs of venison in my freezer. We make this for get-togethers, holidays, and even midnight snacks! It’s delicious and spicy and you will need to make more than one batch because it gets eaten up fast!
- 2T. Brown Sugar
- 1T. Sesame Oil
- 1T. Ground Sesame Seeds
- 1/3C Soy Sauce
- 3 Green Onions chopped
- 1T Cayenne Pepper
- 1T Ginger Root (You can use freshly grated or ground ginger like McCormick)
- 1-1 ½lbs Venison cut into finger size strips
Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight.
Cook & Serve (We use toothpicks for easy picking up and eating!)
