Antelope are very curious, social animals so using a decoy is one of the most used ways of hunting them.
You can make a decoy out of plywood or a 3D antelope target will work.
Hunting antelope is best done during the rut, once you spot a herd you try to get within 100-200 yards of them and set up your decoy. Another good way of grabbing their attention would be to tie a white t-shirt to a stick and wave it in the air when you spot a herd.
