Need a quick fast and cheap blade sharpener? This is what I always do.
Use the bottom of a stoneware or porcelain plate or bowl. Do this after regular sharpening on the last few strokes for a Super fine strop finish. It takes it to an almost mirror finish.
They are free or cheap at a garage sales if your spouse has an issue with you using the good china.
