I always tell my friends to make sure to have a great pair of binoculars for checking out their prey. That way you spot them before they spot you.
If you see them from a distance, you have the time to think of the right plan of action . Also, try to put yourself up high on the mountain to spot your prey . It’s easier to sneak up on prey from above them. It’s harder to sneak up from beneath them.
Also, there is only one thing that smells like a human and that’s a human. You don’t want your smell blowing in the wind. Pick up some wind blowing indicator spray to know where you stand.
Keep this in mind and you’ll have good luck on your next hunting trip.
