Beretta, a world-renowned firearms manufacturer, is seeking a Premium Sales Manager to lead the development and growth of the Sporting Shotgun and Premium Firearm segments with focus on increasing market-share and margins profitability for these product categories. Work with Marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies for the respective market segment that will lead to increased sales and profitability for Beretta USA. Develop sales and marketing strategies to gain market share and guarantee brand.

Develop recommendations on sales programs and promotions, to drive both Victory and Premium firearm sales. Research, develop and establish a select Victory and Premium Firearm base of Dealers across the U.S. that best represents the objectives of the program. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Dealers’ network to insure maximum sales performance. Manage and negotiate annual contracts. Work with the Marketing team to integrate Beretta’s shooters into Beretta’s marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions and appearances. Implement merchandising plans to drive clothing and accessory sales for consumer related Shooting Events that offer retail sales opportunities. Develop and implement programs within organizations and individuals to provide growth of both new entry and existing shooter levels. This includes formal registered organizations such as NSCA, NSSA and the ATA as well as conventions and growth organizations such as DV, BSA, 4H, NRA, etc. Work to increase the sales, usage and awareness of Beretta products within organizations. Conduct ongoing product training to Dealer personnel and, occasionally, with consumers. Able to travel to participate in shooting events and other company sponsored activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 2 years sales and marketing experience required. Preferably reside within close proximity to one of the following areas: Washington, DC, New York, NY or Dallas, TX. Shooting sports experience and extensive firearm knowledge required. Public relations background preferred. Possess strong oral and written communication skills, problem solving, and presentation skills. Public speaking skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization required. Extensive travel and ability to travel by plane required. Work weekends as needed to support sales function or to attend shows.
