Monroe Lake Interpretive Service will conduct two nature day camps at Paynetown State Recreation Area.

The first camp will focus on outdoor survival skills on July 19-21. The second camp will spotlight fishing on July 26-28.

Both camps are for children 8 to 12 years of age. Camps will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and campers will need to provide their own sack lunch. The cost of each camp is $30.

To learn more about the camps, call the nature center (812) 837-9967 or the Paynetown office (812) 837-9546.
