Team Fowl Life Partners with Mallard View Outdoors to Decoy Ducks in Kansas

August 1, 2011: Award winning national television series The Fowl Life with Chad Belding continues on the Sportsman Channel and WILD TV with the team in Kansas, beginning Thursday, August 4, at 2 AM ET. Hosted by renowned hunting guru and outdoorsman Chad Belding, the show takes viewers into the lives of Team Fowl Life as they chase waterfowl throughout the United States and Canada. The team goes behind-the-scenes to call animals such as mallards, puddle and diver ducks, and geese into close range.
Chad Belding’s Banded Nation welcomes Central Kansas Outfitters (CKO) as its newest addition. Team Fowl Life has partnered with Jim Stanford and Adam Gilkey for a world class duck hunt in Kansas.
Team Fowl Life relies on Gilkey’s scouting efforts that ultimately found the mallards on a small river system. Temperatures in Kansas kept the team in suspense and they were able to utilize a winter hunting tool from Mallard View Outdoors, the Power House Ice Eater, which provided them an edge over the ducks. With these tools, Belding was effortlessly able to bring waterfowl within 15 yards of their hunting spot.
“Jim and Adam do an incredible job with this entire operation, and we are more than proud to be partners with CKO,” Belding said. “Kansas is known for its deer and turkey hunting but we hit the jackpot there when it came to waterfowl.”
