The National Shooting Sports Foundation fought hard against the multiple gun sales reporting requirement that the ATF has been trying to implement. Now that demand letters have been sent out by the ATF to FFL dealers in California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas, the NSSF has brought a lawsuit against the ATF to federal court. NSSF Senior Vice President and General Counsel Larry Keane drops in on Sunday to discuss the lawsuit.
