Whitetails Unlimited and Intrepid Outdoors Team Up for Archery Giveaway

Hunters are going online to the Whitetails Unlimited website to enter the Intrepid Outdoors Whitetail Archery Hunt Giveaway, sponsored by Solitude Ranch & Outfitters, Devils Tower, Wyoming. This giveaway is being held in conjunction with Whitetails Unlimited’s 2011 sponsorship of one of the country’s most exciting television hunting shows – Intrepid Outdoors.
“Intrepid Outdoors is the first show that focuses on preserving the rights of hunters to access, enjoy and hunt our public lands,” said Whitetails Unlimited President Jeff Schinkten. “There are a lot of good hunting shows out there, but Intrepid Outdoors focuses on hunts on public lands, in ways that the average viewer could do on their own. So many hunting shows are in situations far outside what is possible for the average hunter. This show is for the rest of us.”
By showcasing the challenge of the hunt, the beauty of nature, and friendships developed during the hunt, Intrepid Outdoors demonstrates that there are realistic avenues available for regular hunters to pursue the animals they’ve dreamed of hunting their whole life. Intrepid Outdoors is passionate about filming real-life, fair-chase hunting adventures on America’s public lands. It’s the way their viewers hunt, and the reason they watch the show.
In conjunction with Whitetails Unlimited’s program sponsorship, viewers can register on the WTU website for a 1-person, 5-day archery hunt that includes meals and lodging. “We’re very excited about our participation in Intrepid Outdoors,” said Schinkten. “It airs at 11:00 a.m. on Mondays, so I make sure to set my DVR, and watch it at my leisure.”
