Annual Wisconsin Wolf Monitoring Meeting Apr. 20

The DNR will hold its annual spring wolf population monitoring meeting on April 20, 2012 at the Day’s Inn in Wausau, off Rib Mountain Drive. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and is the annual meeting to obtain the 2012 estimate of the state wolf population.
If you have done track surveys this winter or have reports of wolf observations, please submit them as soon as possible so that we can consider all data for making our population estimates. Wolf observations can be submitted via our on-line form here. Thank you to all who have assisted on surveys this winter.
