Beretta Trident Program Adds Five New Affiliates

Beretta and Sporting Heritage Corp. announced five new Affiliates of the Beretta Trident Program last month during the Safari Club International convention in Las Vegas, NV.

The new Affiliates to the Beretta Trident Program include big game, upland birds, waterfowl and sporting clays destinations located in South Africa, Spain and the United States.

“We’re excited about the growth and expansion of the Beretta Trident Program and by the addition of these new Affiliates,” said Jonathan D. Sherrill, Co-founder and President of Sporting Heritage Corp. “Now we can offer the traveling sportsman world-class destinations in all four categories.”

Each year at SCI the new Affiliates of the Beretta Trident Program are presented with a copy of the World of Beretta book, personally inscribed and signed by a member of the Beretta family.

The largest group of new Trident Affiliates were added this year and included:

  • Mr. James Muncey of Dover Furnace Shooting Grounds, New York (Clays)
  • Mr. Yawan Kayali Fernandez of Ekland Safaris, South Africa (Big Game)
  • Mr. Fernando Saiz of Fernando Saiz-Spain, Spain (Upland & Big Game)
  • Mr. Beltran Cotoner of Fernando Saiz-Spain, Spain (Upland & Big Game)

“Beretta is very pleased to welcome these newest Trident Affiliates, it’s quite an accomplishment for them to earn a place in the Program,” according to Gary Ramey, V.P. Sales and Marketing for Beretta USA. Every Beretta Trident Affiliate has undergone an extensive evaluation where every aspect of the guest experience is evaluated. Being awarded a Beretta Trident denotes the highest quality and ensures guests of an exceptional experience.

About The Beretta Trident Program
The Beretta Trident Program is a unique, quality rating-system that provides an objective assessment of the complete guest experience at a sporting venue.
Branded by Beretta, the Trident Program is the first of its kind and requires venues to undergo a detailed and specific assessment of every area that can impact the guest experience. Tridents are awarded to designate the venue’s level of excellence – similar to the Michelin Star program for fine dining.

The program will ultimately provide consumer confidence in the quality of the field sports, accommodations, and guest services when making a reservation with a Beretta Trident rated venue.

The Beretta Trident Program was conceived and developed by Sporting Heritage Corp, a field sport consultancy. SHC is responsible for conducting the evaluations, executing the brand qualification process, and ongoing quality assurance.
