Tubbs Announces Snowshoe Ambassador Program Essay Contest

Tubbs Snowshoes, a global leader in snowshoes and snowshoe outreach, is looking for enthusiasts who can best capture the snowshoe experience in a brief essay submission to become a Tubbs Snowshoes Ambassador. The contest gives applicants the opportunity to win new Tubbs snowshoes and contribute to the Tubbs team all winter long.

“The Tubbs Snowshoe line has something for everyone,” said Sarah Rose, Marketing Manager, Tubbs Snowshoes. “The ambassador program was developed to inspire people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the outdoors and share their enthusiasm with other Tubbs’ fans and the next generation of snowshoers.”

With four different categories and prize packages, Tubbs invites everyone from beginners to seasoned veterans to capture their snowshoe experience in words and with photos. Tubbs is seeking two ambassadors for each of the four main snowshoe categories in the Tubbs Snowshoe line, including trail walking for those who are new to the sport, day hikers that explore their favorite summer trails by snowshoeing in the winter, brazen backcountry snowshoers, and families with snowshoers of all ages.

Ambassadors will be responsible for sending Tubbs trip highlight summaries and fun photos from their exploration over the year. Ambassadors will also be asked to provide a written profile and photo for the Tubbs Ambassador website, post short bimonthly Facebook posts to the Tubbs Facebook page, participate in online graphic or product focus groups for new products, and attend a regional Tubbs-sponsored event like the Tubbs Romp to Stomp out Breast Cancer Snowshoes Series as a guest of Tubbs.
