(NYSE:DKS) has signed a multiplatform sponsorship giving the sporting goods retailer a significant advertising presence across the combined resources of Sportsman Channel and sister company IMO, the largest media company in the outdoor-enthusiast category. The new agreement, which kicks off in full this fall, is a multimedia and multiplatform execution that will help Dick’s Sporting Goods reach and engage with Sportsman Channel’s loyal and growing consumer base made up of sportsmen and sportswomen.

The Holiday Gear Guide is a four-week effort beginning November 26 and will cover the best and latest in gadgets and gear in 2012 for today’s American Sportsman.
