“Superheroes of Stoke” celebrates MSP’s heritage and 20 years of ski film progression in showcasing its best moments that help to shape modern day freeskiing. This film looks at the past, present and future of freesking through an inclusive and interesting story that includes first-person perspectives from influencers. This film honors heroes and pays tribute to fallen heroes of the freesking world. The archived material from the past 19 years has been edited amidst high-end HD footage to further demonstrate the progression of the sport and media technology.
Salomon is no stranger to the film’s theme of heritage and evolution and has led the progression of freeskiing by introducing new ski shapes including the first-ever twin-tip with the 1080 and first-ever V-shape with the BBR. And veteran Salomon athlete Mike Douglas has long been referred to as the “godfather of freeski.”
