Public Invited to Join in Discussion of Fishing Industry Issues in New Hampshire

NOAA Fisheries Service’s new Regional Administrator for the Northeast Region, John Bullard, is scheduling a series of “listening sessions” in area port communities to hear from a variety of stakeholders about the major issues currently facing the fishing industry and to explore thoughts on how a successful industry could be structured.

The public is invited to join in this important discussion. The New Hampshire area session will take place on Wednesday, September 12, from 4:30 – 6:30 pm at the Urban Forestry Center, 45 Elwyn Road, Portsmouth, NH.

Meetings in other ports are currently being scheduled.
