Mike Gibson, President of MGM Targets proudly announced today that Kevin Frank will now assume the position of National Customer Service Manager effective immediately. Kevin has been with MGM Targets for 4 years serving in the capacity of Customer Service Representative. With this promotion Mr. Frank will have total responsibility for the customer service area of MGM including supervising the customer service staff.

Mike Gibson stated, “Kevin is a familiar name to most of our customers and someone they have learned to trust. He has helped us tremendously as our small company has grown to be the largest portable steel target manufacturer in the United States. Kevin has been an important piece of this growth and has earned this position.”

Kevin is an active shooter who is well versed, not only in the target industry, but of firearms and the general shooting industry. He is well known by many of his customers as he has become the voice of MGM Targets. He is a native Idahoan who has lived around the Boise area his entire life. He is very patient in solving any customer problems, concerns or questions and is very professional in his manner.

Kevin stated on learning of this new responsibility, “It is indeed a privilege to be promoted to National Customer Service Manager of MGM Targets. We continue to grow rapidly and I am looking forward to the new challenges that this position will offer. I am and have always been proud of my association with this company and look forward to many successful years.”

National Sales Manager, Jim Potter, boasted, “Kevin is the best customer service rep I have ever had the privilege to work with. He is always upbeat and easily engages our customers. His manner is very professional and I know he will convey these talents to the rest of our customer service department.”
