Oregon’s Diamond Lake Closes Nov.1 and Reopens New Year’s Day

Anglers are reminded that Wednesday is the last day to fish Diamond Lake for the 2012 season. The lake is closed Nov. 1 and reopens Jan. 1, 2013.

The Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission recently approved Diamond Lake as a year-round fishery starting Jan. 1, 2013. The daily limit remains eight fish per day with an eight-inch minimum and only one fish over 20 inches.
