Special banquet series adds three events; tickets available now online.

The schedule for Whitetails Unlimited’s 2013 Deer Camp Tour of special banquets has been released, and tickets are now available online. All 20 of last year’s events are back on the 2013 schedule, along with three new Deer Camps, one each in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

“These events are held in great venues, with great food, outstanding prizes, and once-in-a-lifetime hunting and fishing trips,” said Dave Hawkey, Whitetails Unlimited’s VP of field operations. “Industry support of the Deer Camp Tour remains very, very strong, and this results in the Deer Camps having high quality guns, merchandise, travel destinations, and outdoor artwork.”

The 2013 Deer Camp Tour includes 23 events in nine states – Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin. WTU Deer Camp events normally sell out, and tickets are now available online at www.whitetailsunlimited.com. Invitations will be mailed in advance of each event. The 2013 Tour starts with the Tri-Cities event (Essexville, Michigan) on January 12, and concludes with the Wisconsin Packerland Deer Camp in Titletown (Green Bay, Wisconsin), on April 20. Full information about the 2013 Deer Camp Tour is available on the WTU website, www.whitetailsunlimited.com.

There is still time for interested companies to sign up as Deer Camp sponsors. “Companies that have partnered with Whitetails Unlimited are getting direct access to the most passionate deer hunters in the country – WTU members,” said WTU Executive Director Pete Gerl. “Those attending WTU Deer Camps see, and win, great merchandise from the best outdoor companies in the country. We do everything we can to promote our sponsors, and we get an outstanding response at the Deer Camps.” Companies interested in Deer Camp sponsorships can call WTU national headquarters at (920) 743-6777.
