Help the Wisconsin DNR Conservation Wardens Stop Poachers
OutdoorHub 11.18.12
As the gun-deer season approaches in Wisconsin, poaching activity increases as poachers attempt to illegally harvest deer at night. This is unsafe and steals opportunities from law-abiding hunters and citizens. DNR conservation wardens across the state are working to apprehend these people who are poaching deer illegally at night. For example, in the last few nights in various locations in the state, wardens have apprehended several groups of poachers illegally shining deer and wild animals while in possession of firearms. Citizen cooperation is critical in bringing poachers to justice.
