Michigan’s Equine Trailways Subcommittee to Meet Nov. 28 in Lansing

The Department of Natural Resources today announced the Equine Trailways Subcommittee (ETS) will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 28, at the Michigan United Conservation Clubs, 2101 Wood St., in Lansing. The public meeting will begin at 10 a.m.

The Equine Trailways Subcommittee was created by Part 721, Michigan Trailways, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended,as a subcommittee of the Michigan Snowmobile and Trails Advisory Council (MSTAC), to advise the MSTAC and the DNR on the development and use of the pack and saddle trailways network, promotion of the state’s equine industry, and funding to conduct pack and saddle trailway reviews.
