Video: A Close Encounter with a Humpback Whale

In the video below, a young girl turned camerawoman gets a bit too close for comfort with a humpback whale. The girl and her father were whale watching in their canoe off of Queensland’s Fraser Island in Australia earlier this year when she recorded this video. Though our brave videographer gets a bit spooked by the ordeal, don’t worry–everything turns out fine and no one is hurt.
