Outdoor Channel, America’s Leader In Outdoor TV, today announced a multi-platform partnership with “The Revolution with Jim & Trav” (The Revolution), the largest nationally syndicated radio show and podcast dedicated to outdoor enthusiasts. The show, hosted by Jim Ferguson and Travis Ferguson, airs on more than 408 radio stations nationwide, including American Forces Radio Network on satellite radio, and is heard by a projected audience of more than 6.9 million listeners.
The agreement, the first of its kind for Outdoor Channel, will align the business interests of both brands by broadening their respective entertainment landscapes to further entertain outdoor fans across the U.S.
As part of the deal that kicked off this month, Outdoor Channel will become the title sponsor of the award-winning radio show, which will be renamed “The Revolution with Jim & Trav: The Official Radio Program of Outdoor Channel.” The partnership enables shared cross-promotional marketing opportunities, on-air, in print and online, including The Revolution podcast, which will be made available on OutdoorChannel.com.

The Revolution, is a weekly one-hour talk radio show that provides listeners with an endless roster of special guests – from celebrities to outdoor pros – sharing expert advice and personal anecdotes from their experience in the great outdoors. The recipient of numerous accolades from the Outdoor Writers Association of America (OWAA) and the Southeastern Outdoor Press Association (SEOPA), the radio show is available in 33 states. Since the show’s inception, Jim & Trav have interviewed over 1,100 celebrities, recorded over 1,000 product reviews, 500 vehicle reviews, and 650 outdoor trail destinations featuring some of the finest hunting and fishing spots in North America.

They also publish a weekly e-newsletter, which will prominently feature Outdoor Channel, that is sent to more than 332,000 people every Thursday, as well as an annual Fall Hunting Guide each September.
