NRAblog tries out the latest and greatest at SHOT Show’s special press event
Even though it’s the desert, you can’t say Nevada is particularly warm in the middle of January. But a little cold air couldn’t stop NRAblog and other members of the media from trying out some of the latest and greatest gear and gadgets in the shooting and outdoors industry at SHOT Show’s Media Day at the Range. Everything featured at today’s event can be seen on the expo floor this week but, unlike at the convention, vendor booths were set up for hands-on testing.
You’re sure to run into old industry friends and make some new contacts at the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club as well wait in more than a few lines. Oh yes, if you want to shoot the amazing hardware on display you’ll have to wait your turn… but it’s more than worth it.
Featuring, rifles, pistols, targets, holsters, ammunition, all-terrain vehicles, optics, and more, Media Day has a little bit of everything.
Have a look at some of the great things NRAblog saw out there under the open sky in Nevada. It was a beautiful day and a great way to start off the 2013 SHOT Show. We’re definitely excited to see even more cool things the rest of the week.
