Video: “Cascada” Kayaking a Treacherous Mexican Waterfall Amid Pests and Weather

Enveloped in a curtain of jungle leaves and vines sits an approximately 100-foot waterfall, hidden far away from civilization through crevice and stone, where flies swarm, animals roam and rain is a permanent part of the scenery. Seven ambitious kayakers and film makers traverse deep into the jungle with their kayaks and equipment in tow to take on one of Mexico’s more remote waterfalls. What they came upon, is a world they never expected. Captured in Cascada is the world they entered and the amazing kayaking that happened there. Watch the full 7-minute, 40-second movie below.
