FLW announced today that Typhoon Polarized Optics will return as an associate sponsor of the world’s premier tournament-fishing organization for the 2013 season. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Typhoon Optics are a mainstay on the FLW Tour with top names such as J.T. Kenney, Scott Suggs, Ron Shuffield, Scott Canterbury and Chad Grigsby sporting the eyewear. As part of the sponsorship agreement, Typhoon Optics will receive exposure across all of FLW’s platforms, including its tournaments and Expos, multiple websites and FLW Bass Fishing magazine.
In 2013 all FLW Tour anglers will have yet another way to dramatically increase their tournament winnings, thanks to Typhoon’s “Wear It to Win It” pro program. The top three finishers (pros and co-anglers) of each tournament will be eligible to win. First-place pros can win the program’s top cash prize of $2,000. First-place co-anglers can win the program’s top cash prize of $1,000
