In full growth mode, Pro Guide Direct is excited to announce the hiring of Dominic Santarsiere as Director of Business Operations. With over 16 years of experience working on a diverse range of organizations to create and align business, product and technology strategies, Dominic has a proven track record delivering optimal efficiency within business operations.
Dominic has extensive international business expertise and technology “Big Four” consulting work experience for companies across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Past clients include Toyota, Victoria’s Secret, Fidelity, Condé Nast, Halliburton and Citigroup.
During tenures at both Accenture and Deloitte Consulting, Dominic has led large-scale domestic and international projects focused on transforming an organization’s processes and technologies to support growth in today’s environment. He has also led many full-scale B2C and B2B implementations and brings deep interactive, commerce and multi-channel knowledge related to the retail industry. He is PMP certified and skilled in account/relationship management, strategy, operations and successful management and delivery of large-scale technology implementations.

While his career keeps him busy, during his spare time Dominic can be found with family and friends pursuing his many outdoor interests in the Greater Yellowstone region including skiing, hiking, fly fishing and mountain biking. If you cannot find him locally, Dominic is most likely pursuing his other passions including international travel, sailing and scuba diving.
